Every physical item begins with Mr. Jamie’s music and visual world, then is made specifically for the person who orders it. Trusted U.S. production partners help manufacture and ship the merchandise, which reduces excess inventory and lets the store offer official pieces without mass-producing stock.

Physical merchandise is final sale under our Refund policy, subject to the replacement process for verified damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items and any rights required by law.

PROCESSING TIMES

Mr. Jamie apparel and accessories usually require approximately 5–7 business days for production.

Mr. Jamie stickers usually require approximately 2–7 business days for production.

These are estimates, not guarantees. First-time artwork approval, inventory availability, quality checks, payment review, holidays, large or complex orders, and unexpected holds can extend processing. Processing begins after payment is confirmed and the order is released to production.

SHIPPING TIMES
