This website is operated by Mr. Jamie Music. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this store. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Physical merchandise is made to order. Except where required by law, all sales are final and we do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. Verified damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are handled through the replacement-first process in our Refund policy.

STORE USE

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, images, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, print methods, garment batches, and made-to-order production can cause minor variations. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without notice.

If a blank garment becomes unavailable, a production partner may use a comparable replacement of similar size, color, quality, and style where appropriate. If no reasonable replacement is available, the affected item may be canceled and refunded.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Physical merchandise is generally produced by independent fulfillment partners after purchase. By ordering, you authorize us to send the information necessary to manufacture and deliver the products. Different items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable materials, fulfillment restrictions, or inability to verify payment. Prices, taxes, discounts, and shipping charges shown at checkout form the order total.

You confirm that your billing, contact, and shipping information is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Because merchandise is made to order, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins. Replacement eligibility and limited refund exceptions are explained at https://mrjamiemusic.com/policies/refund-policy.

SHIPPING

Processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Shipping charges, separate packages, international duties, tracking, and address responsibilities are explained at https://mrjamiemusic.com/policies/shipping-policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mr. Jamie name, music-related artwork, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Mr. Jamie Music. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit that content without written permission.

The store relies on third-party services for payments, production, delivery, analytics, and other functions. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
